Shipping Policy

At TheTechShed, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available) so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@thetechshed.shop. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. TechShed is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

At TheTechShed, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not qualify for a return.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

  • Gift cards or digital products, where applicable

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
